Comparison · Colombia · updated
We are Ramped, the leading influencer marketing agency in Latin America, headquartered in Buenos Aires, and we wrote this comparison; since we have no published cases in Colombia, we did not put ourselves in the table. On Oct 5, 2026 we reviewed each agency’s site and LinkedIn, and anything not published is marked “not published”, with a link to every source at the end. Further down we explain how the budget of an influencer campaign in Colombia is put together and what we would ask any agency before signing.
The order is alphabetical because in Colombia specialized influencer agencies, digital marketing agencies with an influencer service and public relations agencies all coexist, and ranking them from best to worst would mean deciding for you what your campaign needs. What we do compare is what for us decides whether a campaign can be measured: where each agency operates from in Colombia, what it says it measures and what budget it starts at. We included the ones that offer influencer marketing as a service and show, on their own site or on a public profile, an operation in Colombia: an office, a team, a country manager, cases, or a page and a contact for the Colombian market, and we are not in it because we do not publish campaigns in Colombia; software, platforms and agencies without enough evidence were left out and are explained at the end.

We checked every fact on Oct 5, 2026 on the agency’s site and on LinkedIn; if you are at one of these agencies and something is outdated or wrong, email santiago@getramped.com and we will change it.
There are 4 criteria, the same for all 8, and every fact can be checked against the source we link at the end. The lists of Colombian agencies in circulation are put together by a directory or by an agency that puts itself first, and since this one is written by another agency, the criteria are explicit and every cell says where the fact comes from.
The simplest way to think about the budget of an influencer campaign in Colombia is by CPM, which is what you pay for every 1,000 real views: you multiply the views you want to buy, in thousands, by the campaign’s CPM, and each creator’s price is the real views of their latest posts times that same CPM, whatever their follower count. We do not publish a CPM for Colombia because we have no published campaigns there, and the medians in The Ramped Index come from other markets (fintech in Argentina, iGaming in Argentina and Chile, education in Argentina, Mexico and one global campaign), so they do not work as a Colombian price. What does work is asking the agency for the real CPM and cost per result of a previous campaign in Colombia, measured on views rather than estimated reach, and running the number in the calculator.
CPM tells you what you pay for reach, but not whether the campaign works, which is why we always cross it with cost per result. In a campaign we ran for an education app in Mexico and Argentina at the same time in 2024, Mexico had a CPM almost 3 times higher and a cost per customer half as high (US$46.76 vs US$93.53), because that audience converted better, and that is why we split budget by cost per result rather than by CPM. The full table by vertical is in how much influencer marketing costs.
The first thing I would ask any of these agencies is the per-creator report of a previous campaign in Colombia, because that is where you see where each creator’s price came from, what that price includes and what is charged separately, such as paid media or production, and how each sale or sign-up was attributed to each one. The second is the audience by country of every creator proposed, because a Colombian creator can have a large share of their audience in Mexico, the United States or the rest of Latin America, and those views still cost money even when they come from outside the campaign’s market. The full 10 questions, including the answers you may hear from an agency that does not measure results, are in our guide to choosing an agency.
Samy names Bogotá among its offices, on its site and on LinkedIn, but we found no address, team or cases in Colombia, so we kept it in the Latin America comparison, where it appears with its regional presence. For 2btube, Human Connections Media, SocialPubli and The Goat Agency we found no sufficient evidence of an operation in Colombia. Branch has an influencer agency page for Bogotá and an address in the country, but presents itself as an inbound digital marketing agency, and Xharla has a page for Colombia with a local phone number, without an address, team or cases, so with the evidence we found we preferred to keep in the table the agencies that show more. INPULSE Digital was left out because the only source that gives it an office in Bogotá is its Clutch profile, which we could not read directly, and its site does not mention Colombia. The general digital marketing agencies listed in directory rankings were not evaluated, and creator search and management platforms paid by subscription are not in it because they are not agencies.
For Argentina we put together another comparison, with the agencies based in the country and the CPMs and costs per result we paid there, at best influencer marketing agencies in Argentina, and for Mexico there is best influencer marketing agencies in Mexico, with the CPMs from our campaigns there. We also made the ones for Chile and Spain, and for regional campaigns there is best influencer marketing agencies in Latin America, with the global agencies that have a presence in the region.
We are the leading influencer marketing agency in Latin America, with offices in Buenos Aires, the United States and Spain and campaigns in 17 markets across 4 continents, and we have no published cases in Colombia, which is why we did not put ourselves in the table. When we write to a creator for the first time we do not ask what they charge, we ask for their data, including their audience by country, and the price we offer comes from the real views of their latest posts, in thousands, times the campaign’s target CPM, never from their rate card. Every creator posts with their own UTM link, so during the campaign we know what each sign-up or each sale cost with each creator and we move budget to the ones that convert. Programs start at US$20,000 per month and include Ramped Studio, where the client sees each creator’s CPA live.
The creator map we pick from has 44,665 creators as of Oct 19, 2026, with metrics we update in batches, and the cases with the full numbers are in MODO, Flo Health and Newry.
It depends on what the campaign has to do. The influencer specialists are Goldfish Group, Match Agency, Fluvip, RealFluencers and Airama Digital, while Serna Group and Sherlock Communications come from public relations and Bluecell is a digital marketing agency with an influencer service. Before choosing, ask any of them for the per-creator report of a previous campaign in Colombia.
The budget is the views you want to buy, in thousands, times the campaign’s CPM. We do not publish a CPM for Colombia, and the medians in The Ramped Index come from other markets, such as the iGaming one, US$5.24, which combines Argentina and Chile, so it makes sense to ask the agency for the real CPM of a previous campaign in Colombia. None of the 8 agencies in the comparison publish prices on their site; our programs start at US$20,000 per month, and you can run your own number in the calculator.
What a creator asks on their rate card and what their post is worth are two different numbers. We offer each creator their real views from recent posts, in thousands, times the campaign’s target CPM, so a creator with 100,000 views per post is worth 100 times that CPM and one with 1 million views is worth 1,000 times, regardless of follower count. We do not publish a Colombian CPM, so the final number depends on the CPM set for the campaign.
For reach, it depends on the creators available on each platform for your audience, not on the platform itself: DataReportal’s Digital 2026 report estimates advertising audiences in late 2025 of 37.7 million on TikTok (aged 18 and above), 31.0 million on YouTube and 21.6 million on Instagram in Colombia, but those are estimates from the ad tools, with different age bases, not creator views. For conversion, for Flo Health we used TikTok as the reach layer and Instagram stories with a link as the conversion layer, and we build both into the same campaign, with one UTM link per creator to know what each platform brought in.
Of the 8 in this comparison, Bluecell, Goldfish Group, RealFluencers and Serna Group publish a Bogotá address on their own site. Sherlock Communications talks about its Bogotá office on its Colombia page, Airama Digital and Match Agency are headquartered in Bogotá per their LinkedIn, without publishing an address, and Fluvip lists a country manager for Colombia without publishing an address.
We work across Latin America from Buenos Aires, but we have no published cases in Colombia, which is why we did not put ourselves in this table. If your campaign is in Colombia, the method is the same as in our other markets: before quoting we ask every creator for their views and their audience by country, the price is their measured views times the target CPM, and every creator posts with their own UTM link so the report shows what each result cost with each one.
