Comparison · reviewed Sep 28, 2026
We wrote this comparison, we are Ramped, and we are on the list, so read it knowing that. So that anyone can check it, every fact comes from what each agency publishes on its own site or on its Clutch profile, with the source linked at the end of the page, and anything we could not find published is marked “not published” instead of guessed.
We start with ourselves, since we wrote this comparison, and the rest go in alphabetical order, because the best agency depends on what you need and ranking them from best to worst would make no sense. A brand campaign in 20 countries at once does not need the same thing as a campaign to bring down an app’s cost per customer, so the table compares what for us decides whether a campaign can be measured: where each agency operates in the region, what it says it measures and what budget it starts at.

Most of these agencies work for large brands across many markets at once, and on Clutch, for example, The Goat Agency declares projects from US$50,000 and Viral Nation from US$250,000. Several say they measure sales, ROI or ROAS, so the difference is not whether they measure but how, and what is worth asking each one is to show you how they attribute a sale to a creator and whether their report tells you what a customer cost on each creator, not only the campaign average.
Before you sign with any of them, us included, ask in writing where each creator’s price comes from, the agency fee separated from the creator payment and from paid media, and how they will measure results against your business KPI. The full 10 questions, with what an agency that does not measure answers, are in our guide to choosing an agency.
Influencity is not in the table because it is influencer management software sold by subscription, and its own site states that it is not an agency. It fits teams that want to find and manage creators themselves, which is a different kind of purchase.
We do influencer marketing for performance. When we first write to a creator we do not ask what they charge, we ask for their data, and the price we offer comes from the real views of their latest posts, in thousands, times the campaign’s target CPM, never from their rate card. Every creator posts with their own UTM link, so during the campaign we know what each customer cost on each creator and we move budget to the ones that convert. Programs start at US$15,000 per month.
The case studies with full numbers are MODO, Flo Health and Newry, and median CPMs by vertical and market are in The Ramped Index.
It depends on the goal and the budget. The global agencies in the table, such as The Goat Agency, Samy or Viral Nation, have the structure to run campaigns in many countries at once, and on Clutch The Goat Agency declares projects from US$50,000 and Viral Nation from US$250,000. If you need to know what a customer cost on each creator, ask any of them to show you the per-creator report from a past campaign. We price each creator on CPM over their measured views and report the CPA of each one, with programs from US$15,000 per month.
Of the agencies in this table, Samy has offices in Mexico City, Bogotá, Quito, Lima, São Paulo, Santiago and Buenos Aires, 2btube in Mexico City and Quito, Viral Nation a subsidiary in Brazil and Ramped its base in Buenos Aires. The Goat Agency lists 6 countries in the region among its markets.
On Clutch, The Goat Agency declares projects from US$50,000, Viral Nation from US$250,000 and Samy’s Benelux branch from US$10,000, and Ramped programs start at US$15,000 per month. What is worth comparing is not the fee but the CPM each one ends up paying per creator, and CPMs from real closed campaigns are in how much influencer marketing costs.
